My outside landing to my porch needed to be completely rebuilt. The flooring of the landing and stairs and railings were completely rebuild by DNS. The project was on budget and on time. The old landing was completely removed and replaced with new material. The trex and vinyl were well done.

I hired DNS Construction to refurbish my wooden deck. My expectations were easily communicated and understood. They found and countersunk all protruding nails, thoroughly sanded all decking and rails, both by machine and hand, then power washed and painted with two coats of high quality paint making sure to coat in between every single one of the deck boards. Not one smudge of paint on any of the surrounding house siding. They were highly professional paying much attention to detail. I am very pleased with their work and would hire again. Looking forward to utilizing and enjoying my deck space once again. Thank you, DNS.

I rarely leave a review of any product or service but I felt compelled to leave one here for my experience using DNS Construction.
We had a few companies quote us for a large addition to our existing deck.
Guilherme came out the very next day to provide us with a quote and was very informative and professional.
The reviews online were very good and their quote was extremely competitive so we gave them a shot
WOW! What a great decision we made.
Guilherme was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and answered the many questions that we had.
The entire crew, Guilherme, Gus and Estokkio showed up timely each day during the 3 weeks that the project took.
The end result? An absolutely beautiful deck and extension of our home for many years to come.
Nilson, the owner, was onsite as well a working with the crew on many of the days.
You don’t see that often and Nilson runs a very good operation with happy employees that seem to enjoy what they do.
I can’t say enough about DNS and they are quoting us on new stairs, siding and to redo our pool deck.
They are now our go to company for home improvements
They even do kitchens and baths and interior remodeling!

After seeking a handful of quotes on our backyard deck renovation project (including demo of old wooden deck and building new composite one with covered area), we decided to work with DNS. Their price was very reasonable, and they were by far the most engaged and communicative during the proposal period. Guilherme and Nilson presented a variety of material and finishing options, and took thorough measurements of the site. After confirming work with DNS, work started promptly on the proposed date. The crew was very efficient and left the site tidy every day. They even came in on weekends occasionally to finish up some parts. Overall, I felt in good hands with their expertise, and am very thankful for how accommodating and receptive the team was to my requests and thoughts. DNS were very easy to work with and delivered. We are so happy with the outcome, and since the project has been completed about a month ago, we've spent hours everyday outside on our new deck!

We are extremely pleased with our new deck and staircase from DNS. Gus did an AMAZING job start to finish. He is a highly skilled carpenter with attention to detail. We wanted a second story deck with stairs to the ground, and that included creating an entirely new exterior egress door on the second floor. I was so nervous to have a huge hole cut into the side of my house, but for Gus it seemed as though it were no big deal - it went totally smoothly and the door is installed very well. We did have one hiccup where it became apparent during framing that we'd had a miscommunication of sorts with the estimator on whether there was going to be a landing to break up the number of steps - but it got sorted out, and we are extremely happy with the results. It's beautiful - my pics don't do it justice.

We had a great experience with DNS construction. Communication was quick and efficient, while being polite and accommodating. They were able to come out to do an estimate within the week and able to come after work hours. They built our deck sturdy and well-we love it! My husband will be staining it this fall. We highly recommend this company for any construction.

I cannot recommend DNS enough. We had been saving for years to have our old deck taken off and replaced with a large deck with a roof over it. We had no end of calls to get quotes from various places only to have no one even show up for the quote. One company that had done work on our property and given us a quote during the pandemic gave us a new quote of over a hundred grand for the same job not two years later when prices had fallen dramatically from where they had been.
DNS not only showed up for the quote but answered all of our questions, worked back and forth to bring our dream to life and charged what we felt was a reasonable price. They got it done quickly too. Despite working during what is no Wester Mass's rainy season DNS got the job done in about three weeks when they could only work one day out of every four or five because of the rain. They even surprised us by showing up on Saturdays to if it was nice weather out to make up for the time during the week they couldn't work.
The crew was neat, respectful of our property and courteous to my family and our tenants. They picked up their own trash from construction, lunch and respected that our property is a no smoking area.
The work they did was far superior to anything we had hoped for. Everyone that comes by and sees it for the first time (and second and third) are just amazed at it. I have every confidence that this will last us for decades to come with no issues.

We had DNS construct a new garage to replace the old. We had no experience with DNS other than to see their add on the internet. So we set up interview with three construction companies of which DNS was one. Mr. G, as we called him, represented DNS.so well that he won hands down over the other two. He was knowledgeable with construction and business practices related to same. The Company has teams of building specialists that take care of each phase of the construction of a building, managed by a Manager who keeps the customer updated on every aspect of the construction and all othe matters that come up until the construction is complete. Mr. G was our manager. He talked with us at length about our needs, he then took care of pulling all the necessary permits, oversight of each building team required for the job up to the finished product and the final inspections by local building departments. He wrote up a contract in detail, made necessary changes that were needed, ALL OF WHICH kept us informed. We were then presented with the cost of the project, an approximate starting and finishing date, and any other issues that came up. And he was ready and available to answer any questions or attend to any problems that came up. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO! We are satisfied with cost estimates and very satisfied with the product they produced. The construction teams worked from the moment they arrived until quitting time. They were polite and friendly. Mr. G (his name is Guilherme) planned, managed, and executed the project to our great satisfaction—he even partipated in the building. But, his job was mainly staging and managing the teams as they were needed.
Should we need other construction we know DNS’s quality and we would hope that we could have Guilherme. But we’ve met the DNS boss and are confident that any replacement of managers right down to the work teams will be top drawer!

The team at DNS Construction did a beautiful job with our two back decks. Guilherme was an adamant professional the entire project, communicating with us every step of the way. They were very quick to come out to meet with us, get our proposal over. And then they even began our project earlier than expected. We are incredibly happy with the outcome. The Trex material is topnotch and the craftsmanship just as much. I especially love the pergola feature that we included on our larger deck. It's stunning. And exactly what I envisioned when first reaching out to them. I'm also extremely happy with the gate add-on, a great safety feature for our dogs. We can't wait to enjoy this outdoor living space for years to come, four legged and all!

Hi, my name is Bobbie, and I contracted with DNS Construction to build a pool deck on somewhat short notice. They called me back almost immediately, which was a great relief. They won the bid, as the cost was very reasonable. They truly did an amazing job, and it was completed by the date I asked, despite one of the project managers having had a family emergency. The crew was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning up the property when they were done. They came to work early and stayed late until they were finished. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family; in fact, I have another job lined up for them already. Great team!!

Had DNS build above ground pool deck, process was very simple and smooth. Great communication they came right out for quote and within a week started building. They would show up early and stay late completing deck in just over a week. Built beautiful and sturdy deck exactly how we wanted it. Would definitely recommend and work with again.
